{{Commons}} is used for images which have been copied from Wikimedia Commons.

{{Commons|Original Filename}}

• Original Filename is optional; if unspecified then it defaults to the value of {{FULLPAGENAME}}, meaning {{Commons}} can be used when you are copying an image from Commons without changing the name. If you change the name there should be no "Image:" before it.
